Mobile phones with touch screen are the most popular

Two surveys conducted by JD Power indicated that satisfaction is higher among customers who have a sensitive screen on their smartphone.
On a scale of 1000 points, smartphones with touch screen reached 771 points. However, neither the traditional mobiles low point failed, capturing 756 of them.

Apple iPhone course that was in the category of sensitive screens, and evaluation of 810 points is presented in the average smartphone. In fact, Apple has managed to be first to the satisfaction of the customer, even though RIM has had the best result of 741 points.

Participants in the survey also were asked to evaluate the ease of use of their phone, operating system quality, features, design and battery power.
The survey also found that people who share media between them are growing in proportion. Over 50% of respondents said that the smartphone share photos, music or videos with their friends on the phone.
